Ooo everybody needs a Gavin.

Rachel Wade – Wikipedia

Fast and exciting with several twists and turns make the end of this book outstanding. Amaranfh, when vampire stuff comes to light, she is inconsistent. I absolutely love the way Rachael Wade writes. One of my favorites I have read this year. Camille is a woman after my own heart. Even after the years she is not clearly sure with her choices and to racel, her ex-boyfriend still bothers her.

There is a lot more to the story than I have laid out here. I also knew that every once in a while, that was so undeniably worth the risk.

As she plunges deeper and deeper down the rabbit hole Camille is faced with all new dangerous and foreign obstacles. Okay, so there are plenty of yucky book covers out there that house good reads but Amaranth has anything but a yucky cov I will be honest, I was pretty skeptical at first. Overview Amaranth The Resistance Dachel 1 Camille has finally taken a step toward breaking away from her abusive relationship and dysfunctional family.

They go out and hit it off but there is something a little off about dachel because he always has her home by midnight. Camille is about to peel away a veil that has kept an entire different probability hidden from her-and she has tangled with powers greater than her own human strength. The first big turn off was in the moment she struggled to hide evidence of her abusive boyfriend to her best friend.

Throughout this entire book, there were ups and downs, highs and lows.

Rachel Wade

She has created such a real to life heroine in Camille. Along with a few friends, they must try to get out of Amaranth without dying first.

He somehow can tell she’s searching for something and recommends that she move to Paris. Amaranth, an exile world for vampires.

We get to find out more about Gavin’s world of vampires.

Sometimes an author goes out of their way to create the ‘absolute bad guy’; Rachael Wade made them real. I managed to read this book in one sitting. I stayed up until 3am because I had to finish.

Amaranth (Resistance, #1) by Rachael Wade

I am looking forward to book 2 in this series. She will sell her soul to the devil if need be. As their amsranth takes off, a dark secret comes out. I give Amaranth 3. Camille is 21 and went off to Paris to escape, if only for a while, her abusive relationship with her now ex-boyfriend. The man and his past definitely makes me feel for him and the reader can totally connect with him on so many levels.

You have to take your time here and there — I believe it is part of the reason that the characters are so well developed — because Rachael makes you slow down a little to experience the book.
