Slightly loosen the coolant pump retaining bolts. Rotate the ciielo pump counterclockwise using the timing belt adjuster J to relieve the timing belt tension. Remove the timing belt. Connect the throttle cable at the throttle body and at the intake manifold.

Install the intake manifold cieo bracket retaining bolt to the coolant distributor. Tighten Tighten the intake manifold support bracket retaining bolts to 22 N m 16 lb-ft. Tighten the rear timing belt cover bolts to 10 N m 89 lb-in.

Install the timing belt automatic tensioner. Install the timing belt automatic tehnuca bolt. Tighten Tighten the timing belt automatic tensioner bolt to 20 N m 15 lb-ft. Tighten the valve cover bolts to 9 N m 80 lb-in. Connect the crankcase ventilation tube to the cam- fielo housing. Align the mark on the camshaft gear to the notch at the top of the rear timing belt cover.

Install the power steering pump pulley, if equipped. Install the power steering pump pulley bolts, if equipped. Tighten Tighten the power steering pump pulley tenica to 25 N m 18 lb-ft.

Install the alternator adjusting bolt.

Connect the fuel feed line at the fuel rail. Connect the fuel return line at the fuel pressure reg- ulator. Connect the ECM ground terminal at the in- take manifold.
